Refund Policy

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you via email to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at acct.zeebro@gmail.com.

Important Notes:

  • Only items returned in their original condition, unused, and with original packaging (if applicable) are eligible for a refund, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

  • If you are returning a custom-made or personalized product, it may not be eligible for a refund unless it is defective or damaged upon arrival.
